After that first joke entry I may have forgotten about this site.(シ_ _)シ
Lately I've been doing art more, after stopping for a long time it always feels like I'm trying to get back into it no matter how many hours I put in, trying definitely feels better than not though, and thinking about art constantly but not doing it at any capacity is maybe my personal hell. I've also been taking more notes and writing in general, hopefully some of that bleeds through here.
Recommendations:
-Peter Scheier (Photographer, 1908-1979) recently got an archival book of his work, and now hunting down a few of the mentioned albums and publications, you'll find just really high quality photography that when looked into tells a lot about the overall scene at the time.
-Monster Hunter Wilds (Game, 2026), truly the realization of the director's vision on the franchise, definitely a unique vibe, even taking into account previous entries.
-Someday We Will Foresee Obstacles - Syd Matters (Album, originally 2005), dead horse at this point, and a bit basic but god do I love this album.

A minimum of 2 months has passed meaning its time for a new entry :D
My meds have changed a lot since my last entry and while my overall art-output hasn't gone up much, not only am I overall more ok with it, I've managed to feel productive without just putting hours into one thing.
Recommendations:
-Just anything by Kafka, surprisingly easy reads all around, been slowly chipping away at a collection.
-DEADLOCK (Game, Early access?) Valve game in development, a MOBA shooter that I'm truly obsessed with right now, very unique feel to it, and just a LOT of *cool* in one game.
-Over & Over - Jackie Hayes (Album, 2022), specifically track 2 "Bite Me", God it just hits so hard.
